Here Comes Jonny
My name is Jonathan Marsh, Head Chef and owner of “Dine with Jonny” and as a young chef I trained at the two Michelin starred Le Manoir aux Quat Saisons in Oxford under my mentor the world renowned Raymond Blanc. I was in fact the youngest ever to be offered the apprenticeship and the only one ever to be offered rather than have to apply for that prestigious and coveted position.
I have worked with some of the top chefs in the world including Michael Caines, Marco Pierre White, Heston Blumenthal and many others. Cooking at the highest level means I have cooked for royalty both British and foreign, ‘A’ list celebrities and major sporting stars.
In my quest to gather as much experience as humanly possible, I took my training on the seas in a luxury privately owned super yacht where I was a private chef, catering for the owner and his guests every request and requirement.
Having set up “Dine with Jonny” I now focus on providing private luxury catering which includes dinner parties & event catering. I also specialise in cakes for all occasions, weddings, christening, birthday, every cake is different and individually designed by customer to meet their specific needs.
